I greatly enjoyed my beautifully designed and perfectly clean room with deep bath, natural lighting, balconies. This accommodation had a very central setting close to he esplanade. St Kilda district was worth exploring👍
Facilities were clean, yet Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

Modern and reasonably clean place with very amiable and extremely helpful staff with different staff members. Central location to her majesty's theatre. Really close to restaurants & shops, trams and St Kilda beach and Luna Park...

All in all, my stay at this hotel was wonderful.

The rooms were functional and mine was well-appointed with 2 toilets, kitchen, balcony.

The location was perfect for our romantic escape, with plenty of pubs and eateries nearby. The tram stop right out front made it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and functional, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep.
The noise from neighboring units was a major issue, as we could hear everything happening around us. The layout of the room was also strange, with a sliding door that didn't quite close in the bathroom.

it's location and the suite itself-roomy
there needs to extra blankets provided in the bedrooms as the single duvet was insufficient. guests should not pay for poarking their car in the appartment carpark -this should be automatically provided at no extra cost.

Marvellous and premier location, I truly enjoyed almost everything.
The hotel was ideal and clean, overlooked the city. The staff was supper friendly, efficient all the time. Btw, the airport was 16 miles away. Everything was simply terrific.

The value for money at this hotel is fantastic. The prices are very reasonable, making it a great choice for budget-conscious travelers. The staff are attentive and go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The basic amenities in the room are good, and the bathroom is clean and well-maintained. I loved having a view of the park from my room, it added a lovely touch to my stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered at this hotel is delicious and definitely worth trying.
Everything was fine, no improvements needed.

It was close to public transport and the facility we needed for the weekend which was MSAC.
It was a little noisy with street noise, so perhaps more sound proof windows would be better, but it didnt stop me from sleeping as I was exhausted!

It is a good affordable hotel for families. It is good to be able to find a hotel with two bedroom apartments. The view over Albert Park and the City was really nice. The location is good, being able to walk to a good slection of restaurants, cafes and shops also on Fitzroy Street and of course nearby Acland Street.
Some areas of our room were not that clean, bathroom, drawers for example. I didn't like that there were quite a few things on offer to buy in the room. This was quite confusing for the children as they weren't sure what was already ours and what may be something the hotel were trying to sell us at over priced prices.

We had a great stay at Adina Apartment Hotel in St Kilda. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and a Woolworths across the road. Plus, the hotel is conveniently close to the beach. The spacious studio and separate kitchenette were fantastic, and we loved having a balcony to enjoy the views over the park. The bathroom may have been small, but it was clean and the shower was great. The comfortable bed, good air conditioning, and overall quietness of the room made for a pleasant stay. The hotel also offered excellent value for money. I highly recommend this hotel for a great accommodation experience.
